🚀 all orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. standard u.s. shipping takes 3-5 business days.

do you ship internationally?
currently, we only ship within the u.s. but we’re working on expanding soon!

what if my package is lost?
if your order is lost or delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us at support@trystudysync.com, and we’ll help resolve it.

returns & refunds
📦 30-day hassle-free returns — if you’re not happy with your studysync, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

how do i start a return?

  • email support@trystudysync.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • we’ll send you a prepaid return label (u.s. customers only).
  • once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

do i have to pay for return shipping?

  • returns are free for defective/damaged items.
  • for change-of-mind returns, a $5 restocking fee applies.
